Item delivered but just saying dispatched

I sold an item and it arrived 2 days ago to the buyer, yet Royal Mail and eBay are both saying it’s been dispatched, I am meant to receive the funds 2 days after it has been delivered but still nothing, no update, nothing, no way of contacting to resolve this either.

You can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Or if you wait the money will be released anyway after 14 days.
