Item collected, didn't pay.

New to selling and didn't realise needed a QR or 6 digit code when your buyer picks up to release funds.

Payment being held.

Buyer not responding. 

Collected. Have video evidence of pickup (Ring) and screenshots of being thanked by buyer...seems I'm stuck with no goods or payment!

Without the code the payment will be held for 14 days.   As a new seller it's possible it may be held for 30 days.   Either way you will get it in the end.

When you have more sales and feedback, money is released within 24 hours, but new sellers have to prove themselves first as a good seller.

Thanks for the replies.  Been on ebay (buying and selling) since 2001. Not sold anything for a few years though...and this code malarky / buyer bias made me remember why I stopped selling!

Hopefully be releasing it after a few weeks then?
