I made a purchase of 3 webcams( in one order) from a seller in uk 🇬🇧, actually I’m in Ghana and the package was posted to someone in Uk. Upon receiving the package in Ghana I realized only 1 unit of the webcam came, I contacted the seller and he said I paid for one meanwhile I paid for 3. It was my first time issuing for refund so seems I messed things up and I select 1/3 instead on 2/3 because 2 units never came. I attached a note and now seller can only refund 1 because I selected 1/3. I need the unit I’m having now so I want eBay to step in so that I get my refund for the 2 that never came

As you had items delivered to UK & then posted on,
you invalidate ebay MBG.
So need to sort with seller if they are willing.

The seller received payments for 3 units and then sends only 1 unit. The person who received it in uk only confirmed I received a package but he didn’t open to check the units.

If you use a freight forwarder or third party to send the package on to you, this is the risk you take. You cannot make a claim via eBay's Money Back Guarantee under these circumstances.
