Invalid token message

I'm having problems accessing areas of my account with the message invalid token. I've tried to get help via chat and keep getting disconnected. Can anyone offer any advice please?

Try clearing cookies or using a different browser.

I'm on the app, not sure how I'd do that?

This error crops up from time to time and I am not sure there is a cure (so to speak!)

Re clearing the history and data I can only talk for IOS users, goto your settings button then click safari scroll down there will be a section to clear data and history. Try that first see if that helps.

Alternatively try accessing ebay via the App eg Safari and not the app itself. The app is basic at best and this actually may be the cause of the problem?

I've just tried clearing my history and it's still showing the same error
message afterwards

I've also tried via Chrome and still have the same error appearing
