Invalid reason for return

I sold an item recently for £900. When I sent I accidentally missed a small accessory (worth £5) that comes with the product (completely my fault). Once flagged I sent at my own expense immediately, I also included an additional fee accessory to (with £20) apologise. Worth noting the second part was still sent only one day late of eBay’s suggested dispatch date. Now the buyer has requested a return stating mis sold. The buyer is ignoring any messages I now send. What are my options? Even if I confirm the return there is no guarantee I will get everything back?

Invalid reason for return

It's always best to accept a return.   If you don't and the buyer escalates it to ebay they sometimes enforce the refund but without the item having to be sent back.

So get the item back and then issue the refund.   If there is a problem with the item when you get it deal with that at the time.
