Hi I have sold two items ot a buyer in Portugal (from the UK) but they have not received apayment invoice. When I look on my sales page/sthey are listed as the buyer but no postage carrier is listed, usually Global Shipping licks in doesnt it as it haas lots of times before for me? I am at a bit of a loss what to do, they want to pay but have not received the invoice....Tnx in advance
