Hi, I couple of times needed to refund sales proceedings because of drastic increases of international postage costs. For example, in post for sale made two years ago I put then adequate price to dispatch to US - £10. Now it's £16 and not covering the price of item for sale. Does it means I must go back for every item and cancel each of them for International delivery or it could be done by bulk?
You can only bulk edit if the change is the same for all items. There are always advices of price increases by Royal Mail, it is up to sellers to review at the time..
Cancelling a sale in these circumstances without agreement of buyer will give your account a defect.
