International buyer wants to cancel order after despatch

An international buyer wants to cancel their order after i have despatched it (and it has been received at Ebay Global dept), and insists that i have to cancel it (as the seller) - as Ebay has told him this....and now want lisyen when i ask him to follow the correct 'cancellation' procedure.   Any ideas!

As the items have been received at the Global Shipping hub matters are out of your hands.

If you were to cancel not the buyer would get a full refund and later get the items.

Buyers can't cancel a purchase after it has been posted.

This is the UK policy 'If you need to cancel an order, submit the cancellation request as quickly as possible. If the seller has already sent your order, they won't be able to cancel it.'

I don't know if business sellers have to accept returns from international buyers?  You could tell your buyer they can open a return after they receive their item and send it back tracked at their expense.
