If I haven’t charged enough postage

I’m not sure I’ve charged enough postage. I’ve charged for a large letter but I’m 

worried it may be a small parcel. Will Royal Mail allow me to top up the postage?

No and with Simple Delivery it's tricky even changing the postage if you wanted to buy it yourself.   It's better to cancel/refund with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for them to buy again.
