ITEM NOT ORDERED BY ME

I have just received through Royal Mail a item (pack of tarot cards) something I would never think or ordering from E bay. there is not purchase slip for me to get contact details. The address to return states that it is not the seller. There is no option choice on E bay  as to what to do in this case should I just throw them away
