Buyer accidentally selected collection. I posted the items but can’t mark as despatched because it still says collection

You will not be able to mark as dispatched now, the messages to post will soon stop,  but your payout may be held for a minimum of 14 day.  

  eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with any tracking details you have from your proof of postage.   If a case is opened later for item not received,   you will be able to add those tracking details.
