Go back to the listing in your purchase history and check the listing again
to check exactly what you bought.
If you have not received an item then it depends on how you bought them.
Be very careful.
If you bought them as one transaction and only received one then your item is not as described
If you bought the seperately then you open a not receive dispute for the one you did not receive
The resolution centre it at the botom of the page
You open the dispute and follow the instructions carefully
