I'm going round in circles

Hi all,

 

I ordered an item on ebay that should have arrived by today - it hasn't. I have a number of issues now:

 

The tracking info is blank and using the tracking number directly on the delivery company website says it's not recognised.

I went to ebay to contact the seller, but ebay keeps telling me I haven't ordered anything, so there's no one to connect me with. I have an email from ebay showing me my order along with all the info about the seller etc on it.

The Help Centre is useless - the AI keeps asking me what my issue is but sends me round in circles and won't let me talk to an actual human. It also tells me I haven't ordered anything as well, so it can't help and then chucks me out.

I cannot find the seller directly on ebay to contact - I've found other products they are selling but there's nothing to allow me to contact them to ask what's going on.

Then some of the links direct me to register an account with ebay - but obviously then falls over as I already have an account.

 

I'm getting very frustrated with this whole thing and just want to talk to a human to sort out this mess.

You can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date,  escalate on day 4.

Looks like you bought as a guest, if so it won't show on ebay account, see here to resolve.
