I’m delivering in person to a buyer despite selling as ‘collect or post’. How do I mark as delivered

Hi, I’m selling lots of ceramics and one buyer has bought 5 big lots. Rather than package and send, I’ve agreed to deliver in person to save hassle and reduce the risk of breakages in the post. Buy on my sellers page there doesn’t seem to be a way to let the system know when the delivery has been made as it expects me to use a pre-paid postage label.

how do I get round this to release funds?

Without any form of tracking the payment will be held for 14 days.    It would have been better to cancel the transaction and relist as collection so the buyer would receive a QR code to give to you to prove they have the items.
