I have received an item which matches the tracking number but is not my order and was not sent from

I have received an order which matches the tracking number , but it is not the correct order, and is something I have not ordered, and having sent a photo to the seller, they state it has not come from them. It appears to have arrived from China. How do I proceed please.

The seller may use dropshipping.   Start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.  Only return to the address you get via ebay, which should be the UK if that's where the seller is.
