How do I recharge customer for extra p & p?

Customer purchased item and gave the wromg address. She says that it has been returned to seller and could I send it to a new address. 

I have no problem doing this, but I need to chargre extra postage & packing to resend the item.

How do I charge her for additional P & P?

I'd refund and relist so that they can repurchase with the correct address.

I don't know that value of the item, but if you just send it out to them, the original order will still show as returned.

You are best to refund and relist so customer can buy again with correct address

If you send to any other address than that given with order details you have no seller protection and any payment for new postage would have to be made outside eBay via Paypal ,Bank transfer etc
