How do I get paid for a parcel that says not delivered but it has been delivered?

I sent an item to my buyer on 4th feb and sent it via yodel through eBay so tracking number goes onto item, but 11 days on it still says not delivered, but buyer has not come to me to say where is it, so I presume it’s been delivered, so what do we do if Yodel do not scan parcel and take a photo to say it’s delivered? 
How do we get paid?

You are not alone with this issue.

Seems it could be an issue with this new Buyers Protection Fee rules, as eBay's tracking for one,  is slow to update, and if Yodel have not scanned the items correctly would delay that payout.

Now your item's payout may be subject to a 14 day hold,  unless the tracking updates, then the payout will be available 2 days after the delivery date.
