So I have sold a bag and it says it’s been completed and the money would be in my balance on the 23rd of march it’s gone past that and no money has entered my balance for the bag that  sold

What is the status of the payment in your account?

It says completed but there’s no money in my balance

The sale is completed but does it say the payment to you is on hold or pending?

This is what it shows doesn't say anything else that I can see
