Hi, I need help please, my account is restricted and am asked to submit tracking number for item sold and I don't have the tracking number and I don't mind refunding the person in full for my account to be restate, how do I go about this please?

We have no control over restrictions and as we do not know the circumstances, I can only think you have not registered correctly as a seller.
