Help with return

I opened a return, got the label printed and arranged Royal Mail collection.

Then the seller messaged saying the return address was wrong.  She asked me to close the return, then re-open a new return to obtain the correct address.

So I closed the return,  but now there's no option to open a new return.

Seller is not replying to my messages and Ebay haven't called me back.  They said within 2 minutes, but nothing.

Any ideas what I should do now please?

If I return to the original address, the seller said she won't receive it and I doubt I'll receive my refund.

You won't be able to open another return and ebay won't be able to help you now.

What was the reason for returning it?  If it was faulty you could try your funding source.

By the way if you had returned it to the 'wrong' address, ebay would still have got you your refund as it is the seller's duty to keep addresses up to date.

I am sorry but you cannot reopen a closed return.   It's one case per transaction.   Try ebay callback again in the morning just in case they can open it for you.   If not you could try reselling the item yourself.
