Help needed - Limited Editing Options?

I am a newish UK private seller, but only have limited editing options

I cannot change even the colour? how do i fix this, see attached pic.

Are you using the app?

That will give you limited access to many eBay features.

What is it that needs a change of colour. 

Private sellers can enter a colour in Item Specifics, otherwise private sellers do not need variations to colours, that is for business sellers.

no not using app, my siblings have private seller accounts and they have more options, to edit text? i just want to be able to change the main text colour as and when needed. the only options i have are bold italic underline, this is not right? is there a sort of classic view / advanced setting i'm missing?
