The seller has stollen my money and ebay aren't doing anything about it. Can someone please help me?

I bought a tool which was faulty..I returned it within 30days and the seller returned it to me saying it wasn't faulty. I returned it a second time and they returned it to me again saying it wasn't faulty. I had supplied them with videos both times showing the item not working. They said their technical team had tested it thoroughly finding no fault and they suggested i was pressing the 1 button incorrectly. I've sent it back for a 3rd time and now they're just ignoring me. They've had the original payment and its cost me an additional £20 in rerurn costs. Thats how they've stollen my money.

If you had originally followed and enforced the eBay mbg you wouldn’t be in this position now and you would have received a full refund.
this matter is between you and the seller. You could try your payment provider, although that may be problematic as you don’t have the item still.
