Hello I recently returned a laptop I purchased several months ago as I was still in guarantee

The seller is really friendly, he sent the label and I just sent back the laptop.

We were chatting about the alternative option just since yesterday when I message him on eBay tge message doesn't get delivered.

What happened? It's just a bug on eBay update or what?

You will have to try and message them again.

if you bought from a business seller, then their address, with an alternative email and possibly a phone number should be on the listing.

Usually if messages is not working, a lot of people report it.

Potentially, the seller could have blocked you but before making that assumption, try another message or alternative ways of contacting them.

As you bought your item a while ago, you are outside the scope of the Ebay Money Back Guarantee so Ebay won't get involved.

eBay's messaging service isn't designed for discussion of items bought months ago.

Messages are automatically scanned by eBay for anything that sounds like negotiation to make a sale outside of eBay. No contact details are allowed to be exchanged. If you're discussing actions the seller might take or when the item might be delivered this may have sounded suspicious, causing the messages to be blocked.

As this sale was completed some months ago you presumably have each other's real-life contact details and it would be better to contact each other direct, not through eBay. If they're a business seller their contact details should be displayed in their listings.

I'm actually pretty sure he blocked me, just....??
He also keeping the laptop with him.
He could send the laptop back even if damaged.
I am honestly really disappointed by this all sistem.
So a seller can just stop talking to you after you have returned an item
and I can't do much.
