How do I contact ebay with a return that has still a warranty
You don't, unless the item was received within the last 30 days. (Unless of course it was a warranty bought through eBay.)
Otherwise that's how long eBay's own guarantee lasts, after which any responsibility rests with the seller or manufacturer, according to the terms of the warranty.
Be aware that warranties often prove worthless for items sold here. Sellers often don't want to know and as few sellers are authorised distributors even manufacturers' warranties are liable to be invalid for items bought on eBay.
If you let us know more about when and how you bought someone here may be able to provide further advice. Or if there's enough money involved to make it worthwhile pursuing in law you can consult Citizens Advice about any rights you may have.
