Hi, I listed an item recently and the buyer was in USA. I do global shipping and rarely any issues, the buyer contacted me to say that she got a message saying I don’t ship to her location in USA. I am in the UK and have sold to buyers in USA before. The sale was cancelled. I have relisted the item and the buyer has been in touch again saying that I do. OT sell to her locations. I checked the list of countries and yes USA not there. I checked exempt countries and USA not there either. I have checked my settings and all seems fine. It is a small china animal figure so no idea what the issue is. Can anyone advise please.
