Hi All,
Had a search for a solution to this issue & cant find one , so I wonder if anybody can offer some advice.
I purchased a lot of old game carts from a private seller in the U.S. (using the global shipping program)
They were dispatched in good time & all was well until arrival here in the UK.
After clearing customs , it appears that the final mile carrier "Royal Mail" rejected the package. The parcel arrived at the Midlands Super Hub & the following events are on the tracking:

Just a follow up & resolution for anybody that faces a similar situation.
Tried to contact the delivery company (Royal mail) as suggested earlier in the thread & as I suspected they would not discuss the item as I am not the sender.
A call back from an ebay customer service agent confirmed that for items bought through the Global Shipping Program, the responsibility to get the item(s) to me after arrival at the senders international hub is eBays.
As the tracking events did show that the item was declared undeliverable due to damage, was instructed to open an item not received case, which was immediately followed up during the phone call & a refund will be issued.
hope the info might be of use to anybody that faces a similar situation.

Suggest speaking to this RM delivery office. It is nothing to do with ebay.

Thanks for taking the time to reply & providing the link.
Im fairly certain that RM will NOT discuss the item with me as I am the recipient and not the sender. - although I will try to contact them.
You mention that its nothing to do with ebay - I thought that items bought via the Global Shipping Program are very much "to do with ebay" - the original seller has fulfillled their part & got the item to the U.S shipping centre. I was under the impression that it then becomes ebay's responsibility to ensure the item gets to me, or a refund is issued.
The item hasn't been accidentally delivered to the wrong location - it seems to have been marked undeliverable/return to sender by the RM & I am guessing that its gone to whatever "returns" location ebay specifies. Hence my question of asking if ebay happens to have a returns/logistics centre near Cannock. I think that even if RM do speak to me , they will confirm that the item has been "returned to sender" & the tracking now shows its been delivered.
I can see on the tracking photo that it was delivered along with a pile of other packages *somewhere* - so I do believe that its gone to a business location - it might be the case that further updates will arrive as its only been a few days since it was "delivered" , but I was hoping to hear from somebody that had knowledge of exactly what happens in the case of a GSP item being declared undeliverable.
