Full Feb Fiancial Statements Not Downloading

The full February financial statements are not downloading for me. On one account they just don't download, on another I get January instead.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

How do you let ebay know there is a technical issue??

Just an update on this.

I received an email this morning and can now download the full statement, which was previously missing.
