Hi, I haven’t sold for a while. I can’t seem to see where I can add free shipping.

After selecting your postal service you will see where to tick the box for  Free Postage beneath this.  Ensure the Buyer pays box is empty

Alongside and beneath  Primary service you will see this:

Buyer pays

 

Offer free postage

Entice buyers by offering free postage for your primary postage service.

Thanks for your reply. The free option didn't appear when I accessed my draft on my tablet. I was trying to add the listing on my tablet.   The free option appeared when I accessed it with my phone. No idea why.
