Faster payout criteria reset to zero

I was so close to hitting the criteria. No cases, well over 10 orders and about £135/£150 of total sales last time I checked. But yesterday everything reset back to zero. Has anyone else had this? I've had my account since 2002 but only really started selling more in the last 6 months. Seller level is above standard.
