Help please, I didn’t realise that a listed item which I had put up for sale months ago had been sold. Buyer had paid for Evri postage, which then got refunded because of delay, Item still sold, how do I send it to the buyer now, should it be through  Evri, or should I contact Buyer and send item myself.

If they got a refund you'll need to relist the item for them to buy it again.    I would contact the buyer first to check if they still want it.
