Hi,
I bought a travel fridge/freezer last June that has just stopped working completely. No output using the 12v travel adapter or 240v mains either.
I have contacted the seller twice regarding this and have had zero reply. The product should have at least 12 months warranty with it (it was bought brand new) and I would like to know if this is something the seller should be dealing with and if so, how can I get them into some sort of dialogue to help me get this rectified?
Is this something ebay has a system in place to assist with?
Many thanks

Sorry, ebay''s deadline for claims is only 30 days. With banks etc. it's 120 days. If the value makes it worthwhile try the small claims court, now called money claim online:

I presume the warranty would have been a manufacturers one. Have you tried them direct too?

Hi, thank you for your response.
Its a Chinese product (of course - what isn't these days!) But it is ambiguous at best as to who the manufacturer is. I'm hoping that the seller can point me in that direction - I have asked them twice already without success, as I am happy to follow up with the manufacturer.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I did think that might be the case.
I haven't demanded that the seller refunds me or replaces the item (value £240 so not the end of the world, but still significant) I just asked what the next steps were in getting tte issue resolved.
I would be happy to deal with the manufacturer if they could tell me who that is (not at all obvious on the product)
Just a bit frustrating when these items are sold with a year's guarantee, then when something happens we'll within the first year, you are left high and dry
