I have listed an item but ebay has hidden it because of a 'Policy Violation', it says, related to selling 'outside ebay'. I'm not! There are no email or contact details in the listing and the wording is similar to hundreds of items listed before. I've appealed and the AI responds with the same 'blah-blah' about Policy Violation. So I've stripped the description right back to basics and still no joy. I have tried removing the listing but can't even do that! Any ideas of how to fix this please??
