Hello, just advising all that without announcing it, eBay are starting to withhold payments from sellers until photo ID is provided. I’ve had an account for 20 yrs and don’t sell very much. Today I sold a dress and received an email saying funds were being withheld until I provided photo ID. I refunded the buyer but it was only for £8.50 - be very careful if you are selling high value items. They are waiting until you have received funds to force you to provide id. Their customer services said that’s what they were moving everyone to going forward.
