E bay with holding funds

I do not trust ebay with my bank details so I am never going to update my account details, but ebay are with holding my funds & wont even let me buy items with the balance I have

Then you are in a catch 22 situation.

Providing your bank details is a condition of selling on the site.

I'm not selling , these funds were there just before e bay changed the rules.

The rules on payment have been in situ with managed payments now for 2+ years, (probably a lot more) you have had ample opportunity to update your account details in order you can receive a payout.

In short if you don't update your account details you aren't going to get the funds you have.

E bay have no chance of getying my bank details & thats how long theu have been with holding my money

Before managed payments came in your funds would have gone to your Paypal account, not been held by ebay.
