E Bay is getting greed with "simple delivery" and the buyers protection

I have been selling on E bay for nearly 25years and I am thinking of quitting.

I sell mostly Scout and Guide badges for a £ or 2.

I am now downsizing my collection, Which is very big as Im getting on in age and it needs to go.

Because of my yearly sales I have had to register for tax.

How can I charge £2.70p delivery plus the Buyers protection for something costing a pound.

Are E bay trying push sellers off because they are selling low value items??

I feel all this is greedy to make money and is a con.

Im not happy as Im sure a lot of others selling item like mine are

eBay's new Buyer Protection fee (4% + 75p per item) will certainly hit sellers of low value items hard, it's a shame that you didn't manage to downsize and sell off your vast collection before this came in.

Only business sellers don't have this fee applied to their listings, I don't know how much you have left to list, but might it be worth changing account type?
