Don't understand refund amount

I've had my buyer cancel a purchase for a legit reason, but before confirm it, I am confused by the cancellation details

It says that the purchase price was £287.79 but that my Ebay funds are only £246.35 so I need to top up the rest of the refund from my bank account. How is my available amount less than what the buyer paid? So I'm paying out for my buyer needing to cancel??

Why do you not look in payments all transactions. That will show why you only have £246.35 as you have obviously had to pay for something else which you have forgotten about.
