Delivery confirmation

Royal Mail tracked 48 says delivered, eBay states dispatched, how will I get paid if eBay does not update the delivery section?

Yep,  that does seem to be a future issue.  eBay tracking is notoriously slow to update.  Presumably as now,  you can contact Customer Services when you have tracking that is showing delivery, but after a few days it still hasn't on eBay tracking info, and they can add this so it can speed up that payout process? 

 

Who knows,  we'll all have to when faced with this, see if contacting CS helps.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

 

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

There is sometimes a lag between eBay updates and other courier sites. EBay rely on the data being sent to them so in some cases it can take upto 24 hours for the system to correct itself.

Thank you for that, 24 hours is a reasonable time to wait for an update but my two deliveries were delivered on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th January and waiting for this length of time is just not acceptable, what happens if it never gets updated?

Thank you, been five days now shown since delivered by RM, just not acceptable if this is the only way to get payment, will still have to wait another two days if sorted today

I did notice this morning when sorting some postage for a customer that there was a footnote about a glitch in rm/ and eBay tracking updating. If I can it later will post here. If it is the case I would as @tressygirl suggests and get on to CS.

ebay have said they know there's a problem with this and are working to sort it out.
