Debt Collection

Hi everyone,

I haven't been on Ebay for a while and, due to a card change, hadn't paid a fee. I've just visited my account and paid the fee of c. £60, however I've just noticed I now have an email from a debt collection company for a higher amount of c. £80.

Having paid the £60 fee, I don't now want to pay the £80 amount as well. What do you suggest I do? (I've tried to find live chat with an EBay agent but can't!)

Thanks.

The additional £20 may be the debt collectors fee, it could still be due.
