Hi, 

In 2025 I bought a Pokémon multi pack of cards - order number is 

07-14079-12318. The I complained to the seller due to waiting way over the initial delivery period to which they replied with the option for a refund, I didn’t see the message which resulted in them selling my item on again to another buyer, leaving me without a product and with the full payment amount gone from my bank account. 

I need help getting my refund

You have left it too late to do anything through eBay, you only have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to raise a claim.

You don't say when in 2025 you purchased , you have 120 days normally to raise a claim for non receipt with your payment provider,bank or credit card if you are outside this cont citizens advice if it was a UK seller to see what they advise.

It would be good for you to read the Moneyback Guarantee shown on every applicable listing so you don't find yourself in a similar situation in future.

is 114 days. How do I go about claiming that back?

As advised by @61stephenuk  contact your payment provider as soon as possible as you only get a maximum of 120 days.

How did you fund the payment?

If debit/credit card or ApplePay then issue a not received chargeback via your card provider.

If you funded the payment via PayPal you have 180 days to log into your PayPal account, find the transaction and issue a not received claim.
