I sold two coats and the money I got from each is £165 but now the lady returned them and ebay asks me to return 191£ Ebay took the money the seller and now they ask me to refund it. What can I do?
If the buyer has done the return on ebay when you refund via that process the money is refunded from the payment. If ebay are asking for refund from you first it will be repaid once the payment is released.
