Customer ref number

I've been sent a package titled  "sniff my kni***ers " from I suspect by my niece after 

I left a box on her doorstep with large adhesive letters saying:

XL D***OS. We prank each other a lot.

She denied anything to do with it, all I have is a customer reference number. 

Is it possible to find out using it to find the sender ?.
