Hi, I have sold an item. The customer has paid but wants me to delay postage for 2 weeks due to holiday. I have no problem with this but item keeps saying overdue postage.... what can I do to solve it and not get performance penalties..... thanks P

It will affect your dispatch rating. It's best to cancel/refund the transaction and relist nearer the time for the buyer to buy again.
