Customer changed address 24hrs after posting

A customer made a purchase and we posted it out on the same day. But 24hrs later the customer wanted to change the delivery address. But I explained that it had already been posted to the address given at check-out. Now they are demanding a refund or replacement, I am right in saying no.

Yes you are right.

Your obligation was to post to the address the buyer used at checkout.   Anything else removes your seller protection.

Thank you. I thought I was correct in thinking that. Nice to be reassured.

As long as tracking shows attempted delivery, you are covered for item not received.

You're absolutely covered there then.

That's one very entitled buyer!
