Has anyone had this issue? I am stuck with one single postage option and one weight - up to 1kg. I have always been able to adjust my packaging fees on top of the weight prices but now I only have one standard evri option so I can't list anything heavier than 1kg! I can go with upgraded services but why can't I just choose the heavier options for Evri standard? If I go with simple it defaults straight to 2kg but then I get no help towards my packaging and delivery fees, it's nuts!
