Custom Postage - I am not getting the option!!!

How to select Custom Postage for DVDs?  I am using the following category:

Collectables / Transportation Collectables / Railwayana / DVDs & Videos

This is perfect for what I want to sell but, I am not offered the option despite showing cost at £10

If it's not there then it's not available in that category.   You could change category and see if it appears.   Buyers will search for the title they want, not necessarily in a particular category.
