I bought a dyson air hair straightener in November for Christmas. The item was fine for about two uses. It then stopped working completely, my wife contacted dyson to sort a repair. Dyson had the item collected to investigate it. They then messaged her to say the product was a counterfit item and they obviously can't fix it or return it. We have the message and emails of them talking about it. Problem is I can't raise a problem with eBay from the purchase of the product because it was in November. Have messaged the seller but no surprise I haven't heard back from them! Looking for some assistance on this. Thanks
