Contacting a seller.

Hi, i have just received a wrong item for delivery. I tried to contact seller to send a message and once i hit send there is a red exclamation mark next to it? What does this mean? Nd how do i contact ebay for them to try deal with this thanks?

Sounds like some sort of error but you don't need to contact the seller direct.   You just start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description".
