I've had an issue selling an item. The buyer paid for the item and postage. I printed off the postage labels through the eBay site (this time Royal mail) and dropped the item off at our local post office. Several days later the buyer contacted me to say that the item hadn't arrived. By the tracking number we can see that the item is out for delivery. I call Royal Mail and they say they have no records of the item! A few days later buyer asked for a refund, I'm advised by an eBay agent to ignore the refund request and a case would be opened. A few more days pass and the buyer receives the item but doesn't want it and still wants a refund. The results of the case review are that I've had to refund the buyer for postage and the item and they keep it! *bleep*! Now I can't find a contact number for eBay so I can express my displeasure.
Rant over. Has anyone else had similar issues?
