Buyers have to place items in their basket first and it should then be combined for them at eBay checkout.
Perhaps a note on your listings, as many buyers as well as sellers are not aware of this procedure something like.... ' I'm happy to combine postage, but for this to be possible, please place all items in your basket first, before proceeding to eBay checkout, where postage will be combined for you, thank you.'
