Combined postage

Are these Simple Delivery transactions?

Then,  if your buyer didn't add them to their basket first,  before paying, you cannot combine the postage now.

Best way forward is to cancel the orders,  with the buyer's permission, citing ' Buyer Requests to Cancel'  This refunds the buyer,  and your seller performance is not affected.

Then,  relist the items as one listing, for the buyer to buy and pay again. One item, one label and so one tracking number to cover both.

For the unused Simple Delivery label....

  • If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

  • If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.  Also ensure you add the replacement tracking number of the service used, and it shows delivery.

Combined postage

You're very welcome.

It might be an idea, because for sure,  not many are aware of how combined postage works when Simple Delivery is used,  so if you wish  to offer combined postage to add something like this on your listings......

' I'm happy to combine postage,  but for this to be possible please add all items into your basket first, for this to be possible.  Combined postage is then calculated and offered at eBay checkout for you. '
